I am of course a huge fan of Sega's but just cause there names on it does not imply that im just gonna love it. Sonic ep1 sonic ep2 loved them despite all the drama. golden axe beast rider i was really kinda pissed about then again they let a third party make the game and the published it which pissed me off cause those games are important for me to the sega name. just cause there great does not always mean all there decisions are gonna be perfect

Nintendo is great at picking 3rd party devs, as Sega did a great job of F-Zero and Capcom of the Gameboy Zelda games. Sega is not so astute at picking 3rd party partners.

I'm still holding out for Ristar 2. Come on, it would work perfectly on the 3DS!

Sega doesn't seem to care much for past franchises or games its past, compared to Nintendo (to whom are actively reviving older classic games in some way or another).

I doubt Sega will get the ball moving in this regard. Just one of those companies that is looking ahead rather than back.

I love what Sega did in the past, but it's now a very different company (Sega-Sammy). I honestly couldn't really care less if they bit the dust at this point.

Unless of course they start pumping out decent games. Sonic Generations and All Stars Racing are the only good ones I've played in recent memory.

They really should have just bagged Sonic 4 E2 and just released more maps for Sonic Generations. That's all we want.

I'd love to see some DLC giving Sonic CD and Sonic 3 their own full levels, while making additional ones for Sonic 2 and Knuckles.

now look what you did? you wen and made sonic sad:(

binary domain, mad-world,valkyie chronicals, sonic colors, Crush 3d both 3ds ports of sonic colors and generations, shinobi 3ds, Upcoming Phantasy star online 2 and aliens, There's more great one's but i'll leave it there and as as for the company changing yes all company's have changed alot from the 90's till now and when you say all "we" referring to sonic generations maps well That's not all i want.

Also if you think sega's does not still rock try check out the beta demo of phantasy star online 2. It's just as good and even better then what they had in 2000. It blew me away sega is way on top of there game even if they had a rough patch

Not arguing with you at all or insulting so please no snarky remarks

Very sad to see someone say they would not care if they bit the dust, Your entitled to your opinion but any of Sega's Loyal fans would never want that or say they would not care if they but the dust and will stick with them though good or bad.

If you have a sega saturn, sega cd or dreamcast and play there games often and or collect you should rethink that statement and have respect for the company that made um even if there not to your liking anymore

Sounds like arguing. :P

Had to get one in.

Anyways, I'm pretty sure about half of those were just published by Sega. I know Valkyria Chronicals was developed by them for sure, and yes, it is great.

I wasn't impressed with what I've played of Binary Domain

I do have respect for the old Sega, don't get me wrong on that front. However, "loyalty" aka fanboyism is not something I like to partake in. They're a game company, not my girlfriend. When Sega starts pumping out more decent games (and reduce the number of Sonic cash-ins in favor of more original/less used IP) then I'll care more.
