1. Rediscovering forgotten games
2. Gaming/talking about/reminiscing about games with my "bros"
3. Keith Apicary and FantomenK
4. Seeing the smile on a non-gamer's face when they find out I have their childhood game
5. Just me, a beer, a bag of chips, and the TV, playing an involved RPG or intense platformer
Screw all the bullshit, who cares about how crappy this thing is or how crappy that thing is, and you know what? Who cares what you think or believe or don't believe. Man, gaming is fun. Who really cares whether someone thinks that good games stopped at 2001? Why do you really care? Let them think that. Who cares? All that really matters to me with my games is that they put that slightly crooked nostalgic smile on my face still after all these years. At five or twenty-five, Mario rocks, Sonic kicks ass, and Zelda is enthralling. Isn't that the way it should be?

Heh, to be honest, sometimes when I'm feeling especially nostalgic, that beer will indeed turn into a can of coke (blegh, Pepsi is gross).
Miyamoto was a wise, wise man.

Playing good games.
Good game music.
Listening to good game music even when I'm not playing a game.

And I guess I like how it's kind of an "escape" as dumb as that probably sounds. But I love that weird feeling I get after being sucked into a game for like an hour and then looking away from my tv and being like "damn, I was so into that I almost forgot I was just playing a game". haha

Winning and the Reset Button.
Uhm. I kinda wanted a little more than that, but yeah, winning is fun. Especially when you can try-try-try-oh-why-did-I-die-you-damn-bird-try-again.

My scheduling skills have died of dysentery; I hope to visit at least on a monthly basis.
Still, don't forget to tip your waitress.

Driving home with a brand new console is one of the best feelings ever!
The nostalgia, talking with other gamers on forums, couch co-op, the smell of the fan-air coming out of a brand new console, retro compilations, making crafts or doing artwork that is gaming related.
Games are amazing at transporting you to another place. They've always been a part of my life, and I would be very unhappy without them. I proposed to my wife with a level in Little Big Planet on the sly.
I got games in my veins!
