Locking this thread after a necro bump totally makes sense even though everyone (including myself) shits on redundant thread creation and the bump wasn't spam.
D. Keeping the Forum Clean & Organized
1. Use the forum's search feature first to see if there are already some good threads on the subject. It's easy to search - just click the "Search" button at the top right of the page.
3. When other people (especially new members) fail to search and start new threads on old topics, don't scold them or make them feel unwelcome. The best way to be helpful is by posting a link to a previous relevant thread.
K. Moderation
The admins and moderators reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason.

I exercised the "any reason" clause on that one for two reasons: 1 - the bump may have been legit but what followed was not going any where pleasant for the new guy. 2 - it's a good topic but that conversation is dead. If someone else raises that topic in a new thread, I would hate to see someone flippantly direct them to a thread that has been dead for such a long time.
@Flexwood - the "fabled mod board" is pretty boring, truth be told!
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Haha, are you talking about me? For some reason I doubt you don't recall me.
