We only count feedback posted in the thread - you can politely pm the person and ask if they'd like to leave feedback for you (and if they don't want to, you can politely ask why).

As for Foxhound - the totals are not up-to-date per se, they were totaled 17 days ago - so anything after 3/12 is not counted yet. We do it manually - it is not a perfect system and it takes a lot of work to keep it as accurate as it is.

Bleh, I've still got 7 feedback still in limbo. No biggie I guess.

Yeah, a few peeps here never left feedback. Always wondered why, and whether I should ask them or not. Ultimately, I decided it doesn't really matter. I can't outsell noise, sevin, s1mple, mjmjr, or dsheinem and the other top players, so I won't try!

I think (4) things happen:

1) People forget entirely. (most common, imo)
2) People leave feedback very early or very late in the process and it goes unnoticed by the intended recipient.
3) People "think" they already left feedback.
4) People intentionally don't leave feedback - perhaps it wasn't negative or they aren't comfortable leaving a negative, however, they don't think it warrants a positive either.

My thought is a polite PM goes a long way in finding out which of the above reasons it is.
