I found a strange looking cart on gameboy

i have never seen one before like it ! it aint a normal looking cartridge ! it has DMG-MBC3-16M-FLASH and it has Pokemon Gold on it >.> any information about it will be helpful thanks

I will get picture its slightly bigger then a normal cart and does not look anything like the normal pokemon gold cart

it has Nintendo 2000 in little gold letters on the back umm i am having issues trying to upload pictures files too big -___-

i posted somewhere on here yesterday It has Pokemon gold on it i found it in a shop yesterday didnt know what it was till i tried it at home =) any ideas what it is ???
