I used to be a collector of many consoles, but after feeling like I became a crazy cat lady (only with video game consoles), I simplified the living hell out of it all. Now I only play my Saturn and 3DS. This will probably change in a few years.
You may be an owner of many many consoles, but out of curiosity, which ones do you find yourself playing the most?
What consoles do you play very regularly?
Re: What consoles do you play very regularly?
This change depending on my mood, sometimes i ONLY play 1 console the whole week/month and then change to another system and the process repeats itself.

In order of frequency:
GBA (now having replaced the GBC as my handheld of choice, but the games are mostly still GB and GBC)
NES/SNES (no explanation needed)
N64 (mostly for Mario Kart 64)
PS1/Gen (FFIX and Sonic games have kept these consoles in constant rotation, I definitely need more Gen games tho!)
Xbox (all my retro stuff is on this console, so this gets most of the play out of the sixth gen stuff)
PS2/SMS (rarely played, but a couple gems keep them from being unused)
DC/GCN/32X (I need to play these more! well, except for the 32X)
Saturn (going to get it modded, but my first games for it are on the way!)

Re: What consoles do you play very regularly?
-PC: Indie games and visual novels get a lot of play time.
-PSP: So many good games, great screen. I play it all the time.
-GBA: When I'm not using the PSP.
-PS3: I use this mainly for fighters and all my PS2 games.
-PS1: Lots of RPGs, and my main party console. It has Bushido Blade!
-N64: Only got this last year, but I've played an absurd amount of F-Zero X.
-NES, SNES: I love these but I play them less than my other consoles. My buddy and I like to play through platformers or adventure games in one or two sittings, but it doesn't compare to the time needed for RPGs, strategy games, and the like.

Ooh, yeah, forgot about the PC. That's definitely my #1 most played "console", too.Valkyrie-Favor wrote:-PC: Indie games and visual novels get a lot of play time.

Re: What consoles do you play very regularly?
All of my consoles are actually hooked up, but of course, I don't play all of them constantly.
I'd say, 3DS, DS (I play DS games on the actual DS
), SNES, PS3, Wii, and PC (Major game platform still) ... in no particular order ... are what I play the most frequently.
Outside of that, the GameCube, N64, PS1, Genesis, and PS2. And right now, I play my NES, Dreamcast, Saturn, and my phone least frequently.

Re: What consoles do you play very regularly?
PS3, solely because of KOFXIII. I can't stop playing this damn game, I seriously can't.
I used to regularly play my Saturn (Vampire Savior, mostly), but I'm using ASUS monitors now which don't have any sort of connections other than HDMI and VGA. Which makes me think, maybe I should look into a VGA hook-up for my Dreamcast...
Can't think of any other system I really play regularly.

Re: What consoles do you play very regularly?
N64, although I probably spend more time testing/trying games out than I do actually sitting down and playing lately.
I definitely have hardly touched any of my other consoles lately. And I have also "simplified" my collection quite a bit in the last couple of months, so the games I have left are ones that I've pretty much already beaten, but I keep around for nostalgia or because they're just freakin awesome in my opinion. haha

Re: What consoles do you play very regularly?
In order of how much they are used, with the top being most used:
PC: This has always been my #1 system, except for a few times when I had a new system and a bunch of rad new games for them. There is a crazy amount of stuff on the PC. I will never get around to playing it all.
PS3: Because I also use it as my DVD and Blu-Ray player, it is always attached to my TV, meaning it's always convenient to switch on and play. Best system this gen IMO.
PS1: I've been getting a lot more of the good PS1 games I missed out on while it was current lately. I have a better PS1 collection now than I ever did when the games were available at your average retailer. The Crash series in particular has been great fun for me.
oXbox: My favorite last-gen system. I don't play it very often anymore, since I've played most of the great stuff after owning it for so long, but it stays hooked up anyway. I just got Conker: Live and Reloaded in the mail today, so it should be getting some use soon.
...
And at the very bottom, Saturn. Everything is expensive, and the selection of titles in my favorite genres (3D platformers, FPS, Action/Adventure) are very slim. Haven't used it in years. Right now, it's being very useful in housing my dust collection.
