Starting a Super Famicom collection...

Now that I've got a Retro Duo, I've been wanting to start collecting Super Famicom carts. So far I've bought DoReMi Fantasy, Super Bombliss and Parodius Da. Can anyone here recommend some good (and possibly cheap) Japan only games for the SFC? Also, any rare US games that are cheaper on the SFC are welcome too. I'm open to any genre, especially SHMUPs, platformers and RPGs. My Japanese reading ability is pretty minimal though.

Terranigma. Its the SNES game I swear by. It was released only in Japan and Europe, totally sweet Action RPG by the makers of Soul Blazer and Illusion of Gaia/Time

I know this is a little off topic but for a little while I was crazy about doremi fantasy So I searched the lines of code to see what happened and I found these if you ever get a game genie or famicon style cheat equipment these will help

Choujikuu Yousai Macross: Scrambled Valkyrie
Pop 'n Twinbee

I love both those shmups. If you're a fan of Twinbee, Rainbow Bell Adventure is also neat. It's a Sonic-like Twinbee game. I would also second Terranigma.

I second those shmups especially Macross....i just lost an auction on that one....damn! Sonic Wings, which is the Japanese version of AeroFighters, but is much cheaper is a great choice. Another cool shmup is the cutesy Cotton 100%. I've always wanted to play Terranigma, but it's pricey so it hasn't happend. There is also this game I saw reviewed here that looked interesting called Majiyuuou. Man there are alot more....but I'm drawing a blank right now.

Twinbee Rainbow Bell Adventure (not the weak version released in Europe though...)
DoReMi Fantasy (anyone remember Milon from Milon's Secret Castle?)
Violinist of Hamelin
Majyuuou and Pop'n Magic are both pretty good if you can get them for a decent price
Umihara Kawase
Ganbare Goemon Kirakira Douchuu: Boku ga Dancer ni Natta Wake (4th SFC Goemon)
Ganbare Goemon 2: Kiteretsu Shogun Magginesu

Other:
Gundam Wing Endless Duel (great fighting game)
Jaki Crush (pinaball, same series as Devil Crush for PCE)
Shin Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-kun - Kunio Tachi No Banka (may not be worth the cost if you aren't a fan of the series, but then I wouldn't know anything about that

I just want to chime in and agree with Terranigma. SUCH a great game it's not even funny.
