Anyhow, I liked this episode. It was interesting to see your opinion on the Alex Kidd games. I'm of the opinion that Miracle World is the best one, and Shinobi World is great too, but the rest are all complete dirge - Enchanted Castle included.

Agreed, GS should be required watching for all Racketboy peoples! I know spread the gospel of sack to all my brethren.

I think the epitapth to Alex at the end was written by Dave with the correction by Joe. Because he's anti-Sega and all that. :lol:

No I did the chroma keying in Final Cut Pro X which has the best keyer available anywhere. I then exported the video with the alpha channel intact and edited it in Final Cut Pro 7, because otherwise X cannot handle what Game Sack needs. We only used two lights for the entire shoot, no lights dedicated to the green screen. I'll be uploading a picture or two from the "set" in a day or two to our Facebook page. The background effects were also done in Final Cut Pro 7. I did use After Effects for one shot, though... the one where Sonic knocks away the Alex Kidd logo. No idea why I did that particular one in AE.

I'll have to agree that there is a certain charm in Miracle World which is not in Enchanted Castle.

Keio Flying Squadron 2 was released in Europe too, so it looks like it wasn't just Dave who cheated! Good episode anyway!
