It's a doujin game. You can find a not-so-legal download or buy the collection it is from at Tokyo Shmups. Rancor has got the goods.

The PS3 version is very buggy. Lots of people have issues with the sound skipping. Poor port...

I would recommend going the legal route and supporting Rockin' Android.
The PS3 version is very buggy... Poor port...

Rockin' Android did not make the game. I would suggest importing the original doujin release.

And why bother mocking me? It's a known issue with the PSN ports of the Gundemonium games. I made the mistake of purchasing these games on PSN before reading about the problems.
