Tracking New Game Prices

Post by jjgames »

Some people on this board asked me if we will be tracking new game prices on VGPC.com. I wanted to let you know that we have added this feature and you can now see the new price for every game we track. The image below shows what it looks like for Chrono Trigger.

We just started tracking this a couple weeks ago so some really rare games or older ones that don't show up new very often will show "NA" but once we see a new price for it we will start showing. We have a pretty good number of new prices though.

I hope this is helpful for people when shopping for their retro collections. Let me know what you guys think of the feature.

Looks good, I think thats a helpful feature.

It's crazy the riduculous price people pay for a sealed game. It would be funny if there was a copy of a random sports game in someones 1,000 dollar chrono trigger box. Games are meant to be played, everyone please open them up and deflate the overpriced market in sealed games. Sorry for the rant.... :D

Yeah, i hear ya, as a matter of fact if i get a sealed copy of crono trigger i'll sell it to you for 900 and let you open it up and deflate it and i'll go buy a $50 copy.... jk...lol

but i do agree with you, that is ridiculous, there's no way in the world i'd pay that much even if i could.
