I've been moving these past few weeks. Its been a beyotch packing 60+ boxes full of games and stuff. Here's just half of my stuff in my buddies truck!

Not to mention everything else in the home. And doing it before and after work. Its tiring!

Recently for myself and my family a good Real Estate Opportunity came up. And take it from Lex Luthor he loves his real estate. I had to jump on it.
We came across the opportunity to own two houses! We met a lady that needed some cash and she was going to sell her house for about $11,000 (converted from pesos). The house is in need of fixing. But its cheap! And something more awesome was that she's willing to take payments. So we are going to give her five payments over 2 years.
While working this deal out, My uncle knew we were still renting, and he finally got tired of his own renters being lazy and messing up his house. He kicked them out.
And he gave us the keys! He said, pay me in a few years a good 3 or 4 grand
But this house was also beat up too. But it has all utilities (water/light) not like the other house, its still some time away from being habitable.
But Caveat Emptor.... The house my uncle gave us, is in a less than safe neighborhood. So most all of my stuff is going to storage, my aunts empty room in her house. I dare not take my whole collection to a place where they might be stolen!
So after some self sacrifice I'm just taking my hand-held stuff and my 5th gen consoles, the PSone and Saturn. I have some games in binders and its easier to put those away. I have too many games and only one small bedroom.
I'm gonna see my stuff hopefully next year, when I fix up the new place. Right now I'm gonna fix my uncles place to make it rentable again. And live there for a few months. Move to the new place and set everything back up again. So only the 5th gen classics for now. No next gen. No LCD TV. No stacks of SNES games on the ground. no wall of DVDs, a bit more simplistic.
Dont take me wrong, I'm still gonna buy games, I just wont be able to play them right away.
But during this time I may not be here all the time. I think the past people who owned the place ran up a big cable/telephone bill and there's probably no internet for a few months while I work a deal and pay for it. Maybe just a quick visit every once in a while from my sis place. Theres lots of bills, repairs, and small things that catch up to you. So It'll be a little hard for now, but with the prospects of a nicer future.
This place is one of my favorite sites on the internet so I may be down but not out.
I think with this free time, I may have time to make some reviews or something.
see you around my racket peeps!
