What game am I thinking of? [Found: Moonstone]

Okay guys. I cannot, for the life of me, remember the title of the game I'm thinking of.

Here's what I know.

It's on PC; maybe on Mac as well.

It's a fantasy game where you play as a knight. The objective is to collect all the necessary items and travel to the center of the game map. Your adversaries are 4 or 5 other knights with the same goal as you. Not only can you fight them but you fight monsters as well. There's also a dragon on the map that has a random flight path. Which he can attack you and the other knights.

The action sequences of the game take place on a single screen where you battle your foe(s). The action takes a side view like Golden Axe but the screen doesn't scroll. The battles are kind of like Golden Axe as well but a little less arcade-y.

I think the game has some RPG elements as well (upgrade your attack, health, change equipment).

That's all I can think of right now.

Anyone have any ideas?

I really don't know. It's in 2D so maybe mid-80's to late 90's at the latest?
