Have you actually used these? I've seen them and was interested, but hadn't heard a hands on yet.

Yes, I own them and it's the only way I play my Vita. I was getting some cramping without the trigger grip, which is what really made me go out and buy the accessory. The triggers on the back are an extra bonus and work extremely well for shooters such as Unit 13. I also really like the plastic they used on it, it has a very nice texture to it similar to the backing of a Kindle Fire/Blackerry Playbook (best comparison I could give.)

I'm joining the ranks! My 3G Vita should arrive from Amazon tomorrow afternoon. Not that I'll be touching it for a week anyway. I've got a bunch of Hori accessories on order from Japan. No touching until she's protected. :P

I plan on grabbing Super Stardust from the PS Store, and my copy of Gravity Daze should be arriving from Play-Asia soon.

What'd you get for protection? I just have a matte screen protector on mine. And a sleeve I put it in when not in use. I don't want anything else to bulk it up, haha.

Also, you can read Japanese? I would have imported Gravity Daze, but I want to understand the story, haha

-Hori Pitahari Filter (Gloss type) Initially I had planned on grabbing the matte version. I read there were some complaints with clarity in the matte. Prism-ish dots, and a sort of milkish opacity when exposed to bright light sort of turned me away. I really see appeal in the matte, but not if it sacrifices clarity. I do the majority of my handheld gaming indoors anyway.

-Hori TPU Protector (Black)

-Hori Hard Pouch (Black) nice minimalist case

-ARiS BodiFender (for rear touch protection)

From what I've read it's not terribly difficult to understand what's going on. Sort of a mixed bag of opinions on how import friendly it is.

Couple quotes from a few reviews:

"The storyline, meanwhile, will pass in a pleasantly confusing blur. As far as I can tell, Gravity Daze is concerned with a strange city menaced by a big red blob in the sky - it's called a Gravity Storm, apparently - that is steadily filling the streets with monsters. You're a gravity-flipping superhero girl who's partnered up with a magical cat, and you're pretty much there to save the day. " http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2012- ... aze-review

"If you are thinking about importing the game, know that it is very import friendly. After a few minutes, it becomes apparent what each symbol on the map means, and what controls each ability is tied to. Mission objectives are also easy to understand, and a generous checkpoint system makes trial-and-error tactics usable. There did not seem to be any branching story paths, so you don't have to worry about being locked out of content just because you did not understand something." http://www.giantbomb.com/gravity-rush/6 ... w_id=22206

Planned DLC will be region locked.

I don't see the point in importing GD when it will be here in less than 3 months...the DLC thing seems like another reason NOT to.

Damn, that's a lot of protection. I'd hate to see what you pull out when it's time for sex.

Just teasing you. :p

Trying to decide on one more game. It's come down to these three:

- Lumines
- Hot Shots Golf
- wipEout

Any thoughts?
