I know that people are down on Kristen Stewart, but I think the new Snow White movie looks good:

Snow White and the Huntsman

Jezus, I got a commercial before, during AND after the trailer. YouTube is really getting ridiculous... :x

Out of curiosity, do you watch Always Sunny? (if not you should :P) I can't separate Danny Devito from his Frank persona anymore, even in his older movies. Makes watching Matilda really creepy.

Because of the enviromentalism, the butchering of a Dr. Suess story, or both?

The original, hand drawn version is out on DVD/Bluray if that's any consolation.

The Adventures of Tintin. Loved it, but if you read the Tintin books it's based on ("Secret of the Unicorn" & "Red Rackham's Treasure"), you'll see how they changed it. Other than that, an incredible adventure film that totally makes up for the so-so Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. And I hear that they're doing a whole trilogy, so expect two more Tintin films.
