Yeah, I think I would agree with this statement too. Just slightly less nice than DS. My DSi XL had the best picture ever for the DS line, but I had to trade it towards my 3DS cause I was po'.

Picked up an aqua 3DS along with DoA Dimensions and a DS game (Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors).

I wish they had a white 3DS.. Red didn't do much for me, and I prefer getting pretty much any color BUT black, haha. Although the black is nice.

Nice! I'm sure you heard that a sequel for 999 is going to be released on the 3ds this fall

Indeed. Spiritual successor anyway. For the Vita AND 3DS. I have both. Will be tough deciding which version to get.

That is quite an amazing purchase!

999 is such a cool game. I need to play that one again, i've only seen a measly one of the several endings.

I hate Nintendo's habit of not releasing the best colors in the US. We never got the white DSi XL either.

Goddamn region locking. I would import a white 3DS from Japan if there were no region locking. I thought about just getting a Japanese 3DS because I do tend to play a lot of imports, but then I would be screwed on RPGs. I cannot read much Japanese... Kanji in particular...

Ah, and Kid Icarus, damn. It looks like a lot of fun, but it's not optimized for a left handed person like myself, haha. That'll be interesting.

Leftie here as well; at least left handed people have the possibility of playing it with the Circle Pad Pro. Damn, guess I should pick one up now
