^At both ya's:
Tatum actually carries the movie. I'm not screwing with you.
He has some serious chops, and he's better suited for well written comedies more than B grade romance fall in cute love stories.
The comedy works. You don't like it, you may have broken your funny bone.
What was the last movie you've seen?

Oh no, I believe you. I love C-Tates, but only in an ironic way that he could never understandLuke wrote:^At both ya's:

Anyways, you'll be happy to know that you've elevated this movie from "I will never watch that, ever" to "I might pirate it if I remember" status with me.

This is worth the price of admission.sabrage wrote: Anyways, you'll be happy to know that you've elevated this movie from "I will never watch that, ever" to "I might pirate it if I remember" status with me.
If admission hovers near the $10 mark. Think of it as paying Tatum and Hill less than $5 an hour (don't think further than that) and you'll get your money's worth; I promise.

But the real question: is it worth the price of gas?Luke wrote:This is worth the price of admission.sabrage wrote: Anyways, you'll be happy to know that you've elevated this movie from "I will never watch that, ever" to "I might pirate it if I remember" status with me.

In my heart of hearts I hope this is Ridley Scott's definitive masterpiece. It reeks of ALIEN, by far my favorite of the two good ALIEN movies. If you are familiar with ALIEN, this new trailer gives a lot away, but it is badass nonetheless. I really hope they make a red band trailer available soon.
I would hate to be the guy who has to sweep up the dropped popcorn after a packed viewing of PROMETHEUS.

Re: What was the last movie you've seen?
Added spoiler text. I think Prometheus is my #1 anticipated movie right now. In a year that contains Nolan Batman #3 and The Hobbit, I think that's saying something.

Thank you so much! That looks freaking amazing! Someone out there still knows how to make movies, it looks like.Luke wrote:Just in case, I'd edit and add spoiler text Stark.

Me too. It was The Avengers for me, until I saw this trailer.Stark wrote:Added spoiler text. I think Prometheus is my #1 anticipated movie right now. In a year that contains Nolan Batman #3 and The Hobbit, I think that's saying something.
