Hmm...this website is missing something.

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

On my way to post about some potential forum sections I came across a slight dilemma. We have no "Suggestion Box" or anything of that matter. Usually most forums I go to have one of these. I'm not saying this forum is bad I'm just saying it wouldn't be a bad idea to have one. It wouldn't have to be all about new forum sections but maybe some article/guide ideas.

Of course this could make more work for racketboy and I can see if he wouldn't want to put all the responsibility of looking through everyone's threads to gather ideas and make everyone happy. I was just posting this as an idea and you can take it or leave it.

Thanks for considering my thoughts.

P.S. BTW the idea for a new forum section was perhaps and Import section, where people can talk about importing games, where to get import games, bargains on import games and anything that pertains to importing.

A good way to communicate this stuff is to email racket directly. He usually repsonds quickly and is pretty open to ideas. I think he's working on the game database right now...so he may be busy. An import section is cool, but for now you can just post it in the sega, nintendo, sony...etc section. If you search there are already alot of posts in these section reguarding imports. Also, if you are willing to help write articles let him know, there's no guarantee he'll want to use it, but it's an idea for you.

The young'uns are complaining... That figures...

Back in my day we had to pay for the internet by the hour... Now you whipper-snappers are wantin' a darn ol' suggestion box? Hmph! Kids these days.

I would say that Private Messages would be a great way to suggest things, not a open suggestion box.
Using a PM would give you the privacy so that other members who don't agree keep off your back, and RacketBoy can privately decide what he wants to do with his site.

Actually, use the "Contact Racketboy" link on the bottom the blog.
I much prefer emails over PMs -- much easier to manage

I'm trying to avoid more sections in the forum. I've actually thought about getting rid of the genre ones and putting them in the Whatever section. Sometimes you can have too many sections.
