Yeah dude, Metal Slug 2 would have made it an insta-buy for me. Now it's only like a semi-insta-buy.Bradtemple87 wrote:The built in game list is definitely a letdown. I also had my doubts when this was announced but glad I was wrong
It's time to kick a$$ and chew bubble gum...and I'm all out of gum.

They're probably shortcuts so you wouldn't have to press two buttons at once.Weekend_Warrior wrote:I'd still like to know why it has R1 and R2 buttons
Seriously, if this doesn't have the clicky stick we need to spam this guy's inbox.

I need more info before I'm a buyer. If it turns out that they'll be selling SD cards with more game collections (hopefully with some of the games listed above), then we'll talk.Lokkenjawnz wrote:Yeah dude, Metal Slug 2 would have made it an insta-buy for me. With any luck I can retire my PSP with a clicky-stick having handheld! Hooray!
Either way, I hope the Neo Geo X sells in huge numbers--enough to knock down the prices of the AES carts. Wouldn't mind having physical copies of of some of the preloaded games!
...and where's Windjammers?

I've never owned a piece of Neo Geo hardware and this definitely has my interest piqued.

Their quote doesn't specify if it'll be higher or lower :3
This is pretty cool. Arcade quality Neo Geo games on the go without a makeshift experience would be very welcome.

I eagerly await more news. The game selection so far is just... okay. It'll be interesting to see how we'll be buying more games.

SNK doesn't own the rights to that game. After Data East went under, the rights went to a different publisher.diesel_dan wrote: ...and where's Windjammers?
