It is not a box or label mistake, but I had to post it. Super Monkey Ball 2 has a type-o on the on-screen keyboard for creating game save names.

I would say it's hard to mess up the alphabet, but then again, you probably should not trust me to proof a Japanese game's on-screen keyboard either.

Did they save the 't' image as the sprite (or perhaps texture) for 'w', or did they just put the wrong letter there? In other words, if you press the second 't', would a 't' or 'w' appear on your file's name?

It actually places a 't' in the box. I normally use 'cow' or 'cowboy' for a user name. Since it threw me off, I ended up going with 'c0tter.' (Welcome back)
