On NBC they had the first episode of SNL playing and he was on there. Pretty funny guy.

That said: It was super cool to see the first SNL episode. Carlin and Kaufman? Totally. You can really, really see the 70's Second City influence in the sketches, too. It's almost too bad that Carlin didn't do some edgier material--that's his best stuff, in my humble opinion--but his monologue about religion was pretty nice to hear.

Kevman's not alone. I was born during the Ford administration (I had to look it up) and haven't seen anything except tiny bits and pieces here and there; maybe one or two minutes in my whole life. Not everybody's hip, I suppose. :oops:

I'm a 70's kid too but I know him pretty well I think. :) It's just more likely for younger peeps not to know him than people that are old enough to have likely been exposed to his comedic stylings.
