Devil May Cry Sound DVD Book - $15.00 Bookoff

Right Click the pics for a larger view.

This book is sweet with very crisp pages inside! A perfect companion for my PS2 Devil May Cry Collection. Flipping thru the pages, lots of nice art with the text in both English and Japanese. The real gem is the included DVD mounted inside the back Hard Cover of the book in a custom disc holder.

Oh crap! The disc has cracks in the center! It is also set to Japanese Region 2. Didn't care I still wanted this set. No worries on the damage, an easy repair and then burn a Region Free backup. Made me analyze the best way to repair, and share my results. Updated the Disc Cleaning Repair Guide

Until I got my cab and got into arcade games I had no idea the amount of boots. I can't even believe the amount of MVS boots alone.

Yea I'm into shooters, Giga Wing 2 is probably my favorite, and Galaga (still have tons to try). That would be a tough game to find I bet. Some games don't pop up too often.

PS2 Medal of Honor Collection - $15.00 BookOff
That is only $5.00 per game! I have the SmartJoy Frag Mouse and Splitfish Edge FX arrangement for the PS2, might as well add to the FPS games to get some more bang out of it. Black is still my favorite PS2 FPS, but a nice addition going to a different battle.

Now if they would only have Fatal Frame 1 and 3! I'm keeping an eye out to augment my Crimson Butterfly game.

Too bad you can't play Rising Sun online any more (unless there's some fan servers setup or something). I had a blast playing that game online, but the single player was simply horrendous!

I haven't played it in years, but I loved Frontline as well. I don't know how it will hold up today, but I played the hell out of that game last generation. Definitely better than the horrible Call of Duty ports for the PS2.

European Assault, I never really played. I remember renting it when it first came out (when there actually used to be Blockbusters around here) and hating the fact that you wouldn't switch the controller option to classic, so I never really gave it a shot. Maybe I'll pick it up some time and check it out, I'm less stubborn now.

This was described as spares or repair :o It has issues reading discs. I messed about with the wires from the CD drive and managed to get it to play audio CDs. Hopefully it will be an inexspensive repair, if not i'll put a PAL CD drive in it :)
The inside of the console is spotless as is the outside.
Cost £37 delivered :D  8)

Well with my new JP saturn I needed some games...

Cost £22.50 delivered. :D :D :D

I notice you post a lot of good deals that you got from ebay, and I have to wonder if the UK site has less people on it? Are people not as informed about the value of games? Or are you just on it 24-7 trying to find the best deals  .

You rarely see anyone from the US posting ebay finds, since we all feel that most games should be under ebay value to begin with.

I've posted good eBay game finds here before, but they're usually on the more obscure items. I definitely remember posting when I scored a Genesis for a penny, and another time I got two Genesis for like $15 shipped.

I think it's to do with size, USA if massive where as the uk is small in comparison, smaller population, smaller audience.
I think the UK buyers know thier stuff.
My thinking is to look for stuff that's local, no postage fees.
An auction that has collection only will attract less bids :D
The Saturn pictured above was a customer return, which said customer paid £100 for, so I thought it was worth a shot.

Mans goota sleep

This is a great idea. My wife does this with antiques and furniture on U.S. eBay, and she has received some amazing deals. I don't think that many people sell video game items that way in the U.S., however, but I will have to check...
