Yasuhiro Wada announced that Marvelous is working on the version earlier today.

Fuck yeah! I am 100% behind ANYTHING Red Seeds Profile related. The fact that there is "new story content" on this new release makes me ecstatic alone. Definite insta-buy for me.

crap, now I don't know what to do. On the one hand, a localized version with new content is really exciting. On the other, I've already put four or five or whatever hours into this version that I spent a bunch of money on. :?

Why not just beat the game with your current copy and buy another when it's localized so you can do the extra stuff?

Right now (from what I've seen) there's no release date yet so you should have plenty of time to enjoy your imported copy.

If this is budget-priced like the 360 release, I'll get it anyways.

I predict it will come out at a $40 MSRP.

That would be stupid... If people didn't want to buy it for $20, why would they pay $40?

1. Who didn't want to buy it for $20? Several us here payed $60-$70 to import it.
2. $40 is budget. Other than PopCap's PSN games that were put on discs for $20, I can't think of any PS3 games that came out for less than $40 on day one.

I just don't see why they would release it for double the price of a 2-year old game when nobody outside of the internet has even heard of it. And the converse to what I said is that I won't be buying it until it hits that $20 mark.
