I would have trouble voting for anyone named Jeb.

People didn't have trouble electing a guy named Zachary.

That's an extremely sad - and true - commentary on the status of the Republican partyLuke wrote:Stark wrote: Wouldn't it be Bush 3?
Sometimes I think Jeb would make the republican party look less goofy.

What bothers me is that I'm being 100% honest when I say that.
I need to research if: more campaign$ spent=being elected.

I don't think it always works that way. I could be wrong, but I think Democrat presidential candidates usually get more money than the Republican, regardless of which one wins.Luke wrote:dsheinem wrote:That's an extremely sad - and true - commentary on the status of the Republican partyLuke wrote:Sometimes I think Jeb would make the republican party look less goofy.

Believe it or not, Iran is a sovereign nation, and doesn't need to show the USA anything. Imagine if Russia demanded to see "proof" of USA nuclear activities.
I also don't see the USA pressuring Israel to admit they have nuclear weapons or allow inspections. It's an open secret, and there is more proof of clandestine acts there than anyone has even falsified against Iran so far. Where are the IAEA inspectors?
The UN narrowly passed a resolution in 2009 asking the IAEA to inspect Israel's nuclear facilities and potential. How did Israel respond? "Israel will not cooperate in any matter with this resolution which is only aiming at reinforcing political hostilities and lines of division in the Middle East region."
So Israel openly refuses to allow any inspections. Not only that, but they state that inspections of this kind just increase hostilities in the region. Kind of hypocritical that Israel is demanding Iran allow inspections and threatening war if they don't.
