I happen to be a really young retro gamer as well and BOY do I stand out ......while my friends are getting excited about the yearly CODs or whatever Gamespot or Ign constantly cover, they sometimes laugh at me for playing older or more obscure games like Shin megami tensei series, or Bangai-o, or Knights in the Knightmare or pretty much anything they've never heard of. Its become kind of a joke between my friends and I that I am the "Grandpa" of the group since I mainly talk about how I feel that games are not as good as they used to be and how I mainly prefer 2D to 3D. The funny thing is that most of my friends are older than me :D

Do you have a Backloggery page? You should add me to your multitap if you do. I'd love to swap frustration stories sometime, lol.
Well, all the Neo-Geo and Genesis games are on collections. Just joined Backloggery, and hopefully the confirmation email comes soon. Seems like a great idea for someone like me.
EDIT:On my iPod right now, I'll add you to my multitap tommorow.
Btw, can someone tell me how to add my Backlog to my signature?

There's a code you can copy into your sig here, available in the backloggery options. You should add me too.

It can't determine the dimensions of the image.

Has this bug returned?

I look at my current signature in the forum options and click "preview" and it also gives me the above error. However, you can clearly see that my signature is working as is. Apparently, a recent forum software update introduced this problem. I assume it's some sort of automatic image size limiter being unable to detect the size of the dynamically generated image.

Users were complaining of this months ago. I assumed it had been fixed by now.

Ok, I found the workaround.

First, there is a serious limitation in that you can only ever have two games "now playing", as more than that puts the image over the forum's current limit. The signature defaults to showing three games. This will put a serious cramp in your style, as you can only publicly show that you are playing two games. I don't know about you, but I usually have more than two games going on in my life.

Next step, copy and paste the signature code from the Backloggery options into the forum signature as normal. You then have to replace the text between the img tags with http://backloggery.com/sigs/sig.php?user=XXX where XXX is your backloggery username.

Good luck.

It will display more than two "now playing" games at a time, but only after you've initially sneaked your sig code in there. Racketboy seems to reject the signature images only at the precise moment you submit them, not after.

The solution is to reduce your "now playing" list to two or fewer games temporarily, to enter the code into your signature, submit it successfully, and then adjust your Backloggery accordingly afterwards. Your forum graphic should grow to the default three games without a problem.

That might have been what you were saying Zing, but I thought I'd spell it out a little more just in case.
