First post updated! Added an idea I had for future pics. Updated the list of pictures I no longer need. Thanks to every one so far! Keep em coming!
Saved all pictures up to this point!

Can't make out what it says.
Very interesting though, that power supply uses an RJ-11 plug.
Thanks!

Thanks for the contribution, but I'm not able to read the info on the label. If that picture was scaled down when you uploaded it to Image Shack, would it be possible for you to crop out the portion we need from the original pic and then upload it again (so that area is legible)? Otherwise, would it be possible for you to retake the picture, a close up of the label? In the picture you posted above, I cropped out the area that we need to be able to read...elabit wrote:Phillips/Magnavox cdi 450

Re: ATTENTION! - Need pics of your AC/DC adapters!
Ah, is it ethernet size (RJ-45) or phone size (RJ-11)? It's a weird power adapter, but I wouldn't say out of luck. Either one of those RJ plugs are standard, so if you wanted to locate two power adapters with the appropriate output voltages and amps, you could actually wire it up pretty easily. This is the sort of thing I wanna try and cover when I finally write up the guide.
Anyways, really appreciate the input. Looking forward to seeing the updated pic, definitely an obscure one. Thanks!

Re: ATTENTION! - Need pics of your AC/DC adapters!
I can open it up and take a close up of the wiring, I'm actually interested in seeing how and why it's going from inside the adapter to the RJ45. I thought that was a good one to throw you off lol.
The only one on gougebay is $50

Re: ATTENTION! - Need pics of your AC/DC adapters!
You don't have to open it up. Basically, it's supplying two different voltages to the console. Something similar would be the N64 power adapter, which supplies both 3.3v and 12v to the console. This adapter of yours is basically doing the same thing, it's just that they used an RJ-11 jack instead of a proprietary plug. Better for them because that will keep cost down, better for us because we can actually fabricate our own adapter for it. It's not unheard of either. Off the top of my head, I know that Line 6 uses RJ-45 for a lot of their stuff.

Australian/New Zealand N64 Power Supply
also, for systems with internal power supplies (Saturn, PS 1 and 2) would you like a picture of the voltage info or is that kinda unnecessary? might be useful for repairs i suppose.

Heres another one for the US Sega Master System
Its different from the one CFFJR posted on his link.
And also my PSP-1000 US model.
And another US Turbographx 16 with stickered labeling. All other info looks to be the same with the other plug that I posted some time ago.

Here are some of mine that might be less common. Sorry if some of the legibility is questionable.
