I know I've seen it, but that was probably 7 years ago now. I can't remember a damn thing about it. Was it good?

Slasher flick from 1984 I believe and it had Daphne Zuniga in it. It had potential in the beginning but it fell apart unfortunately. I wanted to like it. :(

Synopsis:

Kelly Fairchild has become a college student and a member of the Delta Ro Kai sorority. During all her life, she has suffered from a nightmare where a man is burning. She meets an assistant professor who can help interpret the dream. The sorority's initiation ritual is a nighttime breaking-and-entering into her father's department store.
I am addicted to video games, especially retro gaming from my era. I have: NES, SNES, Nintendo 64, Gamecube, Gameboy, GBA, Wii, Sega Genesis, Sega CD, Dreamcast, PS1, PS2, Xbox, and Xbox 360. I have probably over 1,000 games in total for all these systems combined. Yes, I need help and I wouldn't have it any other way! This is my passion and hey my wife still loves me!!

Schumacher gets way too much hate. When batman forever came out it did much better business than batman returns. So that's the direction the studio wanted to go. He's a great director and I'd love him to get another chance at a batman movie. He's even said he'd like to tackle a batman year one movie. And he did falling down, one of my favorite movies. Just watch that with batmans world in mind, it totally works.

I think before Batman Forever, Schumacher had a decent number of good movies under his belt and it makes sense why they gave him the reins on Batman. According to IMDB he followed this up with A Time to Kill, so that plus his previous track record, plus Batman Forver making money probably allowed them to pull the trigger on him again. I think since then though almost all of his movies I've either disliked (eg. Tigerland), was indifferent to (ie. Phone Booth, The Number 23) or outright hated (eg. 8mm).

I think the pod race only existed for the kids, and so that they could make video game tie-ins.

I was 8 when this movie came out. Then, as now, I realized that everything in that movie was retarded except Darth Maul and the pod-races, and therefore it kicked ass.

Also, please let this turn into a meme of people re-editing the prequel trilogy. I would watch them all.
