That's because Scooby is very close to the glass, hence no distortion.

The Okami cover made me lol.

One of my favorite labeling fails has to be Strider 2 for the ps1. So as we all know, that particular release came with two discs, one with the original Strider and the other Strider 2.

Thats cool and all, but for some reason the disc that says Strider and has the Strider 1 art is actually the Strider 2 disc and vise versa.......idk what happened there, maybe they thought the "2" in Strider 2 meant Strider "DISC 2"

Ah yes! The Strider disc mix up was an epic fail on capcom LOL!

Another one was the launch MVC1 on Dreamcast. The box art had a screen shot of MSHvs.SF. I remember thinking, what the fuck, Akuma ain't in this game!

And with whole SfxT 360 debacle of the game not providing a specific function of co-op on scramble, even though the manual says the opposite... the journey continues :D

I'd have mentioned Revelations and Y's, but both were already mentioned.

When I first read the story about Capcom's sending out replacement covers, I grabbed my case to see the misspelling. Unfortunately, since I bought my copy a couple weeks after the game was released, it had been fixed by that batch. :(

There were errors on the back of some Final Fantasy VII cases, like some of the letters were falling.

What other notable type-o's have you come across on carts, discs or boxes? Was it in the game description or the actual game title? For this thread I'm referring to legit published games, not pirated stuff.

Wow. How do they spell it correctly on the front, but can't get it right on the top?
