Yeah. That's why I skip so many of today's RPG's. I'm sure some of them have well written stories, great mechanics, interesting plots... but for the love of Pete surely they could tell the story in less than 50 hours!
I think a lot do, if you actually stick (mostly) to just the main plot arc.
Not Persona 3/4. Unless maybe you just skip all the activities every day and don't work on social links or anything. But then you're missing a huge portion of the game. :/

I don't know if you could actually beat Persona 3/4 without Social Links. That would take a lot of time off a play-through if it's possible but you'd have weaker personas.

Haha, lucky you. You won't have to wait for the next game when you're done with it. I was actually planning on playing ME 2 again in preparation for ME 3 when I found out it was already coming out soon. ME 3 somehow came out faster than I expected and snuck up on me

Someone actually went in the store and bought my copy of ME 3 for me. She also got the strategy guide, which I don't usually get for games when I am buying them myself. I don't mind though, and only mention it here because the thing is HUGE. it's like a freaking phone book! Makes me wonder how much content is in this game

I should load up an ME2 save and do the final mission without anyone dying, but meh. ME3 CE should be on my doorstep when I go home. Just debating whether I should stick to my guns and wait for a no Origin crack or not :?

Depending on the version you get (or maybe you can YouTube it) you can see a webcomic that's around 15 minutes in length that goes over the major talking points of Mass Effect. Sort of a highlight reel. From what I can see, ME2 is changed for the better over ME1 in every way.
