What Made you Smile/What Ticked you off Today?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

She would laugh in your face if you think she gives two shits about this forum. Hell, even old and current moderators think this place has turned into a pile of ass.

Let's list the top 100 girls Luke has boinked and then have an "avatar battel" about how "what's her name" and "that guy" feel sorry for themselves and how we should rally behind them.

Too much?

edit* Trying to be nicer!

 Yeah, I'm not too keen on the creation of those lists (dsheinem even joined in     ) I just look at the list of new threads and only open the topics that I'm interested in.

Well that's interesting.

At the risk of inviting trouble, do any moderators wish to comment on this?

Do you dislike Racketboy now, either parts or as a whole, and only continue visiting out of some sense of obligation?

Luke has piqued my curiosity.

I too would like to know. I don't really feel this place has gone downhill that much. It's certainly still leagues better than most other gaming forums.

I'm not a mod, but I'd like to say something: I've been a member for three years now. And I can't remember a time when the geezers here weren't complaining about this place turning into "a pile of ass." When I was a newb here, it was the Game Informer reference this site got that was ruining it. Later, it became constant fighting with Inazuma and the likes. Now, it's the Top 100 threads. People here interpret every little change as death for the site, when it's just the normal ebb and flow of an internet forum. Believe me, there are far worse sites out there, and very few/none that are better. Don't listen to those people. When this site jumps the shark, it will be unmistakable.

I have problems with Racket. He doesnt answer my calls, tells me to work for him for free, and then makes me look like an idiot in front of the whole internet. Yes yes, that little blinking box thinks Im an idiot.

Truth be told this forum, like all forums, ebbs and flows. It has just ebbed alot recently - top x lists. Couple that with my general indifference to gaming the past while, well you have my view of the site. I still love it, and think we have a great community, it just grinds on you after awhile. Granted if I get this new position at work my love of the site will be rekindled since I wont be on it 8ish hours a day.

I previously stated that I would step down from moderating if someone more gungho about it wants to take over my position or if the community thinks I havent done a good job, and that still stands.
