How does the combat work in this game? I heard that it was turn based, but then I heard it had areas of TPS styled cover shooting of crossbows and real time combat...

Can someone point me in the direction of a guide that will explain how I can get the game running on my NTSC-U Wii? I know it's been linked a million times but I can't find it.

I bookmarked these awhile back before we knew Xenoblade and this were coming to the US, maybe they'll help:

There used to be an extremely well done guide on wiihacks.com, but it does not seem to be there anymore.
I made my console region free. Pop in any disc and it just works.
But typically I just use my eternal HDD.

I have the Homebrew Channel good to go, but can't figure out how to get it playing games from other regions. I tried using that Xenoblade guide earlier but I got hung up on the installing another IOS part. My Wii just got hung up during that process and I haven't tried again.
How? Via the link you're talking about?ZenErik wrote:I made my console region free.
Curious about this too?ZenErik wrote:typically I just use my eternal HDD.

So what do you guys think of this game?
Even I , a Wii hater and no RPG fan, interested in this game. Looks amazing and makes sense unlike usual RPG with a ton of unnecessary talk and a zillion upgrades and encounters that ruins the gameplay. This actually looks neat and organized.
But I am worried about its sales, given now that probably most people who bought the Wii put it on the shelve or to some Wii graphics might be unacceptable by this point in time(some ppl say the ps3 is outdated
) not to mention that most Wii owners are not the RPG hardcore type of people, more like Mario Party+Dora people if you ask me. Why didn't they choose to release it on multiple platforms?
Publishers keep doing this, releasing a great game by the very end of a console's life then they suffer low sales. Why?
then again, the current Wii price is like what a single console game price was in my country like 7 years ago

I use this to run my import games. Haven't tried a PAL game yet but I'm assuming it will work.brunoafh wrote:I have the Homebrew Channel good to go, but can't figure out how to get it playing games from other regions.
