it uses the gamecube port.

so I noticed, if someone has the new revised wii, they cant play any ddr!

Not just the gamecube versions but even the wii branded ones.

I also read somewhere that some schools are using this series to promote fitness at school.

So if a parent really likes the idea of playing videogames to remain fit, they buy their kid "ddr for wii" (the one they bought this christmas), then what?

you cant play it!

smart move there nintendo.

I still can't conquer Gradius V. That green ooze shaky level is game over for me, IMPOSSIBLE!!!
I'm still trying to find a cheap Gradius V. :/

Glad I got it awhile back then! I think I had to pay a bit more for Gradius III & IV (PS2).

Ed Heemskerk of Florida just passed 26 million points a little while ago. He's been playing for around 50 hours or something now.

Check out his run here:

I've been watching off and on since around the 5 million mark. He's absolutely insane at this.
Ed just passed 30 million a little bit ago, being the first person since 1983 to do so. Approaching 67 hours. Absolutely insane.

And I literally mean insane. I think he might be hallucinating a bit.

Q*Bert is a harsh mistress.

EDIT: He's done. After 68 and a half hours, he ran out of lives. 30,789,910 points, third all time and highest since 1983. And his 68 and a half hour run is the longest marathon in history, breaking the record of 67 and a half from 1985.

I noticed we now have a new rank: Former Moderator. Saraph, Pullmyfinger, lordofduct, and dsheinem have this rank. Yet we still don't have a 512-bit rank yet. We still jump from 128-bit to Next-Gen, as if this generation is still "next gen."
