Been playing Trauma Centre: Under the Knife. I was doing OK, then there was a sudden spike in difficulty, before levelling out again. However, I've only just finished the 12th operation of 37 to beat the game, and I can see it getting pretty insane.

Going to see if I can beat Zombies Ate My Neighbors in one sitting. When I say "sitting" I'm including getting up to use the bathroom, I'm not that hardcore.

Konami's Arcade Advanced (GBA)

6 perfectly ported arcade games, each with enhanced modes accessible by the classic Konami code!

Scramble, Time Pilot, and Gyruss are ruling so far.

That's a lot of levels! I was never able to clear the boss spider on Level 36. Lack of weapons/patience

Strikers 1945? Sengoku?

Either way, good job! Psikyo games are hard as hell, and the difficulty all lies in the bullet speed. No scoring gimmicks, just a hard-as-balls game.

In gunbird, I like using the chick wth the pole. She has a quick charge shot, and it cancels bullets. So, you can take down the big threats quick enough that they can't flood the screen with mean.
