Not too far from where I used to live (about 2 miles) was where that kid murdered someone answering a babysitter ad. Always be ready for anything. Double if you're a girl, thrice if you're a young girl, single if you're a young girl skilled in hand to hand and have a valid CnC permit.

What's a CnC permit? Is that like a license to kill?

Dude you guys. This thread is making me paranoid.

I appreciate all the safety tips though. I tried to acquire some mace when I started living in an apartment, but you need a first degree firearms license in my state to carry any. You all are making me feel like it would be worth it to attend the class, or do whatever it is I need to do, to get that license.

EDIT: Maybe that is the CnC weaponepsilon is talking about?

Yes. Here its known as Conceal and Carry. You have to go through training to obtain it. Someone pulls a gun on you, you return fire, they're hoodlums, you got a valid CnC permit, everything is on your side.

Anyway, yeah. Meeting at a public restaurant is good so you can sit and eat or drink while waiting and you don't have to worry about the trade involving something the place sells. Take a friend if you're unsure. If it is something you're picking up from a house, just turn around if the neighborhood seems off. Try not to carry any more cash than needed for the transaction.

I've only ever had one shady Craigslist deal that I backed out of. Luckily Craigslist has been fruitful for me. Found my TV for $20 even and the guy was willing to just bring it over for me.

Anyways, are there any good emulators for the GBA? How would you even get emulators on it?

Lots of great emulators for GBA. If you get a Supercard SD/MiniSD (flashcart) you can just put roms on it and it'll boot them with built-in (slightly out-of-date) emulators.
For the rest of the GBA Flashcarts, the emulators come with rom builders, so you could for instance make a .GBA rom that contains all the Megaman & Mario games with a built-in menu to pick which one to play.

Here's a huge list of them (Left side pane)
Here's a Wiki with the most popular covered.

Where I'm from it's just called concealed carry. I'd have one if I was 21 or in the military, though I'd never be able to use it since my college has had multiple shootings and is understandably averse to the idea of concealed carry.

I found a psp on cl one nite for 50. I go to buy it from a 6ft 4 serial killer looking guy in a crappy area. I told the guy if it don't work i will be back he said fine, well it didn't read disk. So i called him he said he would refund my cash the next day i go back and knock no answer i see the guy in his living room playing ps3. I call he says he ain't home. I tell him i can see him and i want my money he says he don't have it. I said i had no problem calling the cops and reporting drug use at his house it seems he found 50. real quick. Foxhound waits till we leave to say that it is a crime ridden area.
Where was he during the transactions in the car.

I've had people try to sell me drugs while buying stuff on craigslist too.

Want some dank to go with those Genesis games?
