Donovan's Mellow Yellow is absolutely fantastic. However, I prefer Season of the Witch, personally.

I won something pretty awesome on ebay today but I don't want to share what it was until I actually get it in the mail. It will be posted in the "Look What I Found" thread. haha

That's a good one. I really love Sunshine Superman too. Mellow Yellow has always been a big favorite of mine though.

But what's funny, its in my head so badly that I simply cannot drink a Mello Yello, or even see it on a shelf somewhere, without immediately singing the song.

Its a lifelong earworm that I never get tired of.

I rarely see Mello Yello anywhere, but I have the same problem. Did I say problem? I meant awesome thing.

I'm a pretty big fan of Donovan. I'm probably the only person in the world under the age of 20 that owns a Donovan CD. I showed it to my mom after I bought it and she asked "When did you get older than me?"

Well, I say that makes you awesome.

One other thing about the problem (or awesome thing, which really is a better way to describe it), what's really fun is singing it around other people and watching them pick it up as well. No one ever complains about it either, because its so damn good.

Haha, I should totally try that. Oooooooor I could just blast my speakers with Mellow Yellow so that the entire wing can hear it. :P

Nerds are so passionate about their beverage choices!

Are the Surge fans familiar with nerdrap artist YT Cracker's Surgerunner song?
