Currently neither of my "Welcome Back" PSP games are working on Vita (I can't download them) nor are the 2 PS1 classics I have (FFV and Medeival - both acquired with PSN+).
I hope in time they will be added.

they had already said that PS1 classics weren't going to work (at least at first). Neither will TG16 games.
Not sure why the Welcome Back games don't work -- how many systems do you already have them installed on? That might be the problem?

Have you tried moving them with the Content Manager from your PS3 to your Vita?dsheinem wrote:Currently neither of my "Welcome Back" PSP games are working on Vita (I can't download them) nor are the 2 PS1 classics I have (FFV and Medeival - both acquired with PSN+).

Even if it does work for you, I think it is a mistake that they don't have the titles available in the store. For example neither of my Welcome Back titles are available in the store either, Mod Nation Racers or Pursuit Force.

And if you owned them before, you have to pay $10 or something for them digitally, correct?noiseredux wrote:yeah, Kat Bailey ran a post on Joystiq about all the PSP RPG's she's been playing on her Vita. Never mentioned having to watch out for non-working ones or anything.

you're slightly confused.retrosportsgamer wrote:And if you owned them before, you have to pay $10 or something for them digitally, correct?noiseredux wrote:yeah, Kat Bailey ran a post on Joystiq about all the PSP RPG's she's been playing on her Vita. What you're thinking of is a program for those that bought UMD's to re-download them at a discount. But that program did not make it to the US.
If you owned them digitally already -- then you don't have to pay anything to play them on Vita.

Yes, if you did buy the games on PSN, it will not cost you to upload it to the Vita.noiseredux wrote: you're slightly confused.

The thing that upset many non-Japanese gamers, was Sony's decision not to do the Passport program - buy a digital copy of your UMD game at reduce price -> and that wasn't cheap, ranging from 25% to 40% off of FULL price of the UMD game that you have already pay.
Re: List of PSP Digital Titles that are available for Vita
Count me in that camp, I think that really sucks. I have a number of UMD games that I'd be willing to buy on PSN if I could get at least 50% off. I'd just like to be able to play them on my Vita.skyknight wrote:The thing that upset many non-Japanese gamers, was Sony's decision not to do the Passport program - buy a digital copy of your UMD game at reduce price -> and that wasn't cheap, ranging from 25% to 40% off of FULL price of the UMD game that you have already pay.
If the program didn't exist at all, that'd be one thing. But to know they just decided not to do it here makes it much worse.

I got Gradius Collection, Little Big Planet, and Killzone Liberation to work. Tetris (Minis) and Midway Treasures didn't work.
I couldn't download them from PSN, I had to transfer them from my PS3.
