Red Hot Chili Peppers (Otherside)
John Frusciante Solo Albums (Carvel/Song To Sing When I'm Lonely/Ascension)
Train (Drops of Jupiter)
Audioslave (Getaway Car)
Blur (Coffee & TV)
Pretty varied, and I'd just like to point out that John Frusciante is a demi-god. The stuff he comes up with is so simple, yet so brilliant, just makes me want to cry every time I pick up my guitars and come up with nothing.
Actually what I've been listening to most recently is the orchestral version of the Ocarina of Time soundtrack. Been revising hard for my A-Levels so I like to have relaxing music in the background. Nothing beats the theme for Kakariko Village when you need to relax.
Whats your top 5 bands?

1) Strung Out - Deville
2) Coheed & Cambria - The Telling Truth
3) Scar Symmetry - Deviate From The Form
4) Dog Fashion Disco - Leper Friend
5) In Flames - Embody The Invisible
There are so many bands I listen to though, it's really hard to just pick out five. I would say I listen to these bands the most, with a few others right up there with them.

Aesop Rocks got some classic material. Seen him live a couple times, once was the last time I was out in your neck of the woods (midtown) for Paid Dues festival.lordofduct wrote:I don't really have a top 5... I have a ton of music I love listening too.

My top five bands/albums of all time are probably:
Paul Simon - Graceland
Keltik Elektrik - Edinburgh Mahogony Dance mix
Alice Deejay - Alice Deejay
The Ataris - Blues Skies, Broken Hearts...Next 12 exits (San Dimas Highschool Football Rules is easily one of my favorite songs of all time, the rest of the album is only soso, compared to the rest of their music).
And either:
Nightwish - Century Child
or Dragonforce - Valley of the Damned (Dragonforce edition, not Dragonheart).
Closecalls, apart from the obvious choices of different albums:
Jay-z/Beatles - Grey Album
The Moody Blues - Greatest Hits
Jason Upton - All
Delirious - Touch
Three Quarter Ale - Three Quarter Ale
Floggin Molly - Drunken Lullabies
Any soundtrack that Henry Mancini wrote - ie Peter Gunn (the theme is better known to gamers as the soundtrack for Spy Hunter).
Ok, I have used up all of my poor grammar choices for the next month or so...
