Here's some random stuff I know off the top of my head:
-I think there's one in the beginning of level 1 (really helpful information, I know, LOL)!
-Level 2 you should get food if you jump kick the directions sign at the beginning of the stage.
-Also in Level 2, if you hit the nose of the "rabbit cave" (might not be on the nose, just jump kick around its face and you'll get it), two oranges will appear where its eyes usually are. Jump kick those and they'll fall, then you can eat them.
-Level 3 has a hidden food item if you hit the trees, I think, besides just the pizza (?) that's obscured by the foreground tree.
After that it's kind of a blur. I should also mention something that might make the Burns fight (the first two forms) really easy as long as you get the timing down, it's similar to what you found with the corner trap. Basically, be on the top of the screen and match your horizontal position with Burns as he approaches. Hit a "power attack" (attack + jump) at the right time and he'll bounce away. You can repeat this until the first two forms are destroyed, the third one seems to be too fast for it.
Awesome! Thanks for the info
I don't know if anyone wants to read this, but this link shows the differences between the US and Japanese version.
Seeing how different they are makes me VERY appreciative that they included it in this port, and reviewers complain about this game not having any cool extras. IT HAS THE RARE JAPANESE ROM!!!! Ungrateful jackasses
All for just ten bucks too

Kinda makes you wish Capcom would follow suit
Just gimme the D&D games and I'm fine.
And a new one.
You can play them on the Saturn in the D&D Collection, though there are some loading issues and I think the multi-player is limited to two players. Plus, it's hard to find(I got one myself )
but yeah, I would love it if they released them on PSN/Xbox Live Arcade. Seeing three of Konami's best arcade beat'em ups on PSN and Xbox Live Arcade is something I never thought I'd see. So now the thought of seeing some of Capcom's best ones on there doesn't seem quite so impossible to me anymore. Dreams can come true

While we're on that subject, I'd like to see Knights of the Round and Cadillacs and Dinosaurs.
Though the latter might be tricky with licensing issues.
Oh my god, seeing Cadillacs and Dinosaurs on there would be too awesome for words. I love that game! I like that some of the Konami ports include japanese versions. I would like to see that too if we got some Capcom beat'em ups on there. I mean MAME lets you play any version of a game you want, so it makes sense

So I played Survival mode/expert difficulty/japanese rom with Marge and died in level 3. Then I tried again with Bart and died at the cheap bear boss of level 5. Yet, for some reason the leaderboards only show me playing as Marge and ranked me 24th. Apparently, my Bart playthrough never happened
