Thanks. This game may become the centerpiece of my terrible SNES games collection. It is in the same rarfied air as Pit-Fighter and Ultraman.

I love this game because it is literally a video game...based on a movie...based on a stand-up routine (that was never that funnny...). It would be like making a side-scrolling beat-em-up based on Jim Gaffigan's "Hot Pockets" routine.

The characters feature approximately five frames of animation, the hit detection is abysmal, and each enemy is a tank. That is, even basic enemies required 35+ hits to take down, and I almost ran out of time on the first level (after fighting a total of five enemies). Moreover, the enemy's lack any sort of AI. The second time I played the game, I decided to see how long I could stand in one spot without any enemy attacking me. I put my controller down and waited a full minute before either of the two enemies on screen approched me. After the first level, I was treated to a delightful cut scene wherein a grown man asks one of Bebe's Kids "Where's PeeWee?" and the child responds "I ain't saying jack!" - Hilarious! - before moving on to a level where an infant crawls through shelving with various glass objects that a grown man tried to keep from falling to the ground. There were no enemies to fight, and I apparently had no control as to whether the man catched the objects or not. I am pretty good at video games, but I still could not figure out what - if anything - I was supposed to do on this level. Accordingly, I turned the game OFF.

First trip to my local pawn shop in a while and ended up with a pretty nice haul! Got it all for 25.00

Both N64 are CIB down to plastic bags and ads

The gameshark is version 3.3

And the NES games are awesome condition. Shiny labels and no damage at all

360 Arcade Unplugged Volume 1 - $5.00 Swap Meet
Six complete and three demo games that are also available as a download purchase. Just to confirm they will "install" into the Live Folder, I disabled the online connection and popped the discs in. All six games appear in the Live Arcade Menu and runs off the disc offline just fine. :D

Da Games: Bejeweled 2, Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved, Hardwood Backgammon, Outpost Kaloki X, Texas Hold 'em, Wik and the Fable of Souls.

Demo Games: Feeding Frenzy, Marble Blast Ultra, Uno.

I bought this for my son to get exposed to the Retro Twinstick Robotron style gaming of Geometry Wars. The Wii is still the best version, the XBox is release is still good though.

My problem is if I see something obscure, then I buy it even if I have no idea what it does. This has 9 pin connectors of an Atari 2600 or Commodore 64 or because of the newer then Atari era Font Logo maybe the Genesis?

I have thoughts of some sort of mod as a Select Switch.

1. Select between Atari 2600 controllers.
2. Select Fire Button positions to work on 7800 games.
3. Select Paddle as a "Spinner" add on to an Arcade Stick.

Turns out its for the Sega Genesis, I could only find one link with info about it. I popped open the covers, there is a chip mounted on the PCB controlling the works. Undecided if I should offer up for trade or mod it to one of the above options.

Anyone have any experience with this and what games support it?

hit up a mom-n-pop store I hadn't been to in a while. Got 5 back issues of PSM, Infected (PSP), Buffy the Vampire Slayer (PS2) and a Cammy figurine steal in package. Came to $29.

Looks to be mostly sports games, which isn't surprising.

Similar to the EA Four-way play and I have one produced by Sega that does the same thing.

I am jealous of the CIB Illusions of Gaia. I love that game. If you ever decide to trade it let me know! :D

Wii Rayman Origins - New $19.99 Gamestop
I already posted this earlier, just a heads up. It went on sale last Tuesday, last chance to get it before the price shoots back up. PS3 and 360 versions also at $19.99.

My continual review here: http://www.racketboy.com/forum/viewtopi ... 63#p567763

So you're reposting something you already posted and linked the review both times? I understand you're trying to make sure people know about the deal but this is like crossposting.
