[REQ] Street Fighter III: Double Impact

I've been looking around for this gem, but Black-Cats doesn't have it. Are there any sites out there that have this game hosted, or would anyone be willing to upload it?

1) Never heard of Underground Gamer.

2) Black-Cats rarely doesn't have something I want, nor could I find any active torrents for it. SFIII and SFIII 2I are actually on BC, but they're in this crappy compressed image with several other games. The sound quality and graphics had to be compressed so that it could fit...so, no dice for that. I wouldn't say it's as common as it is unpopular, 'cause I only see Third Strike being seeded.

How do you post here 104 and not notice the 50 something page thread full of UG invites? Let alone hearing about UG at all? I just dont understand.

Actually, I don't see how it's not possible. I had to manually search a few different subforums before finding it in "whatever" at the very bottom of the page. It should really be stickied if it's that popular.
