That's funny, because it hasn't been released. :pswiftzx wrote:Yeah, most people who would've wanted it probably have picked it up by now.noiseredux wrote:officially announced for PSN as well! Site says May 2012. Music by Jake Kaufman (WayForward).
It's coming to XBLA, WiiWare, PSN (PS3 & Vita) and PC! Seems like everyone is going to get a chance to play this one.

Well that just shows you how much I care for it lol. I recall reading about it once in a issue of Nintendo Power, but the screenshots didn't really interest me.irixith wrote:That's funny, because it hasn't been released. :p

Man its been almost 2 years since I first read about this and I forgot all about it.
Re: Retro City Rampage (wiiware)
So is game going to come out this year or what? I was stoked a couple of years ago but damn, what is the hold up here?
Maybe they are waiting for the Wii-U, PS4 and a new X Box to really make those 8 bit graphics shine.
Was any-one as excited and letdown (since I can't play it) as I was?

Re: Retro City Rampage (wiiware)
Definitely looks interesting, I like the idea of modern mechanics in a retro style - kind of how I imagined Mario Bros with hundred of levels instead of just 32.

It does feel like forever since we've heard anything on it. And yes, Virt doing music is pretty cool.

A release window should be announced within the next couple of weeks. Thanks for your patience! "
Taken from the main site. I'm sure it will release before the end of the year. There are gameplay videos on the Steam page and such already.
