Seriously just sign up at pcenginefx and post a thread wanting a region mod. It's going to cost you $50+ at least but the guys over there can do awesome stuff like a switchless mod even where you just hold down select when you boot up your system to switch regions. And a region mod chip is the way to go, no mechanical switches to go bad on you. I had someone do my GT and my Duo R and I'm so happy I did.

Theres also a member on there Chop5 who offers a homemade switch called a "chopsado" made out of printer ribbon, you just tape it to your Hu card and go. It works great but if you use your turbo a lot and want to get into more games it's convenient having a switch. First one I got from him I just traded him some games for one.
