Metroid: Other M- While this game gets a lot of flak for what it's not it's still a fun Metroid game and very different from the Prime series. A solid 2.5D game with some admittedly frustrating 1st person control but we get insight into Samus' character and they gave her real emotions.

Monster Hunter Tri
A Wii game that looks good, plays very well, and actually provides a great online? Monster Hunter isn't a series for everyone, but this is one hell of a Wii exclusive that can consume gamers for hundreds of hours. Don't believe me? Just ask Japan.

Endless Ocean
A shame this one isn't in HD, but the game is still beautiful. Endless Ocean is a peaceful game that is all about exploration and relaxation. Choose which goals to pursue and which to ignore as you uncover hidden secrets all along the ocean floor. Here's hoping the franchise continues on 3DS.

Boom Blox
It might be terminally cute, but Boom Blox is one of the rare games that is infinitely better because of motion controls and simply wouldn't work without them. It's also challenging, offers great local multiplayer, and just a ton of fun to play. The sequel might do it better, but the original did it first. I wonder if this Wii exclusive will see release on other systems now that everyone has jumped aboard the motion band-wagon.

I've got several other games that I feel belong on the list, but will limit my contribution to three games so others have a chance to add their favorites. Very glad to see Trauma Team on the list already though - it's pure quality and deserves to be played by a wider audience.

(Alright, I've gotta ask. The Last Story and Pandora's Tower haven't actually been released [edit: in English, or as a fan translation]. How exactly do they deserve to be on the list right now? They might end up being great games... but there are at least 100 Wii games worth playing without adding "might be"s.)

Has anyone ever played Disaster? I cant believe this game didnt come to America. Its so unique with its story, saving people, light gun battles, and beautiful graphics. Had alot of fun with this game.

Not only that, it's generally considered the best in the series.

Anyway, I guess I should add something, so here's a few games I feel deserve to be on here:

Little King's Story:

One of my absolute favourites on Wii, it plays kind of like Pikmin, and features a lot of fun adventuring, town building and crazy and unique boss battles. One of the best games on the system that no one has played.

Kororinpa:

A fun little marble rolling game that makes great use of the Wii remotes tilt controls. It was short,and an early release for the system, but it plays great and the courses are all wonderfully designed. Definitely worth a buy.

De Blob:

fun and funky platforming game where you paint the town red...and yellow, and green, and....you get the idea. The music is amazing, and builds up as you paint more of the city, with different colours adding different instruments and riffs to the overall soundtrack. The levels are long and detailed, and the game is just simple fun.

a hidden gem for the Wii. the gameplay is fun and simple. if you enjoyed Kirby Canvas Curse for the DS, you'll enjoy this game.
