Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus coming to PS3 and 360!

Arc System Works is bringing the arcade version of Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The game will be released as a digital download on PSN and Xbox Live Arcade in the future.

The best part is Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus (temporary title) has netcode for online fights. Look for Sol Badguy on PS3 and Xbox 360 in the near future.

in cases where I have the option I'll buy physical (Arcana 3, Battle Fantasia, etc) but ultimately with a fighting game, it's going to come down to one thing: which version has online co-op? If it's the PSN-only version, then so be it. At least I know I'll be playing the hell out of it and getting my money's worth.

That's why games like MvC2, SF2, Third Strike, Puzzle Fighter I've replaced physical copies with the PSN versions. Honestly, once I have an online enabled version those nice physical copies are going unplayed.

Hell yes, this is such a great fighter. Definitely picking this up, as its the only fighter I'm not terrible at.

That´s just it. This 2D game is 480p and unlike 3D games which can be rendered in a higher resolution like House of The Dead III on psn being rendered in 720p, upscaling GGac won´t do anything unless your tv has a crappy upscaler. The question is how good the netcode will be and how much it will cost. The arcade version will not have all of the features of the ps2 port, so I expect a bare version for psn.
