by the time it's on sale or the price is more lower NBA 2K13 will be coming out and the online on 2K12 would be obsolete.

also Lin needs to learn how to go to his left. those are two of his weakness right now. not really bad for a second year player finally playing BIG minutes. those will improve overtime. the kid is a smart basketball player that knows how to read plays and he never panics when he makes a mistake. he just keeps attacking.

i think his rating should be somewhere in the 70s. Rubio is at 78 and i don't remember him outscoring Kobe Bryant.

Or, you can buy the new Game of the Year Edition on March 11, which packs the Legends Showcase DLC and a poster of "legends" Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, and Larry Bird. At $49.99, it's the same price as the current game, so ... at least the choice of "just buying the regular version" is functionally eliminated.

EDIT: although, it might not have the three different covers in this edition. I really wanted the Larry Bird cover.

I do not have the Legends DLC yet. I'm under the impression you can only use them in one mode, and not integrated into any customer franchises or exhibition games.

EA Sports has announced that NBA Live 13 will be the next installment on their basketball series instead of Elite. NBA Live Lives ON! (i like the NBA Live name better)
