Because, as you know, the in-game graphics don't show your availble weapons, they were originally shown in the wheel or other part of the cabinet. So, how do you play the game so you can actually see which weapons you have?

They add it on the right hand side margin. ITs not as cool as the arcade original, but then again, nothing is. Sitting in a Spyhunter sitdown, with the Peter Gunn Theme running, its one of the best arcade experiences period.

Dunno, I'm running it right now and the indicators dont' show up. Do I need a bezel or something like that?

You might have to mess with the filters. I will try to play with it tonight and see if I can tell you. What version of MAME are you using?

has what you need. The bezel and control panel will light up just like the real thing, just pick a mirror and put the zip file in the ARTWORK folder.
Also a good site for any other games that have information on the bezel, a separate control panel or overlays for vector games.
