I often sneak up on people for the fun of it, but other than that not much comes to mind...

You are tailgating them. At 60 MPH there isn't much advantage this is gonna give you. Unless you're doing that stupid DFAS stuff (turning your car off behind them).

Anyways, yeah we'd do this as well in the truck all the time. But a caravan of tractor trailers at 60 or 70 can get a big boost from this and the person in front of you doesn't think you're tailgating, and we don't need to get that close.

I don't know if I've ever had a life imitating videogame experience I can remember. Nothing really jumps out and says "hey".
We can drive at 77mph on our motorwars :P We have a 10% allowence for the limit. So technically we can drive up to 77mph but not over. Nobody sticks to the limit on the motorways anyway, especially if you know there are no speed cameras. It doesn't matter.

I routinely go walking downtown durning my lunch break and there have been a couple times where the Jet Set Radio Medley starts playing on my headphones as I enter the first block. There's lots of big buildings around, so I have this powerful desire to have skates on and start grinding all over the place. :)
