Anyone know which Issue of Time Magazine The King Of Kong is based on, the bit with the kids standing infront of their machines? Must be mid 80s or something but been googling but can't find much. Any one know?

Edit: I looked through the video game articles in that issue and didn't see anything about Billy Mitchell...sorry, must be another one that I can't find!
