Lol, that sounds like a good idea for a new thread. I think they definitely count. Whether or not they are among the best martial arts movies of all time is debatable. I think Big Trouble in Little China is a classic. The other two I'm not so sure about, but there's no denying that every action fan has probably seen a few Jean-Claude Van Damme or Steven Seagal movies so I expect to see one or two of their movies suggested.
