It seems Sony and MS might be going to pre-emptively imitate the Wii U this time.

Those graphics looked quite impressive.

Dreamcast had a screen in its controller in 1998 and is still 100 times better than whatever Microsoft manages to poop out this time.

So, between the Wii U, Vita and NextBox all the next-gen consoles are going to have some kind of touch-screen controller functionality...

Looks like I just saved myself a shitload of money.

I'm all good for new changes to the gaming community and how we play games.

But companies need to know that a game with killer graphics, awesome controls rather they be traditional or touch screen or whatever they want, and a killer price point does not make up for a shitty game with no plot or story development.

Oh Gawd. Analog sticks too close, shitty broken d-pad, flat buttons, and small wings that lead to uncomfortable grip for long periods of time.

Finally, someone understands.
Since this signature affects old posts, I'm leaving a message here in case anyone searches for my username. This account died in early 2013. I am no longer a fundamentalist.

Don't add to my problems by pretending my past views are still held in the present. I do not have any patience for that. Feel free to ask me what I think now.

I agree with the analog sticks being to close together. Luckily with most games, you can use the D-Pad, which I prefer to use anyways. The rest of it is sheer perfection though! The original PS1 controller was awesome!
