I think the JSR is more of a custom paint job than an official special edition, there seems to be a bit of gray in the power button, also the hand doesn't seem like official art.
Still looks cool though

Jesus, there were only 10,000 Sega Sports Dreamcasts? Now I feel guilty for painting mine the way I did.
